We do not share our physical address. Walk in services are not offered. Fully insured shipping is arranged for upon service request.​

Please note that due to the high volume of service requests we will not be accepting partial service work at this time. For dial repair work, or TrueDome installation please email us with specific details regarding the repair request.

Terms of service

All invoices for completed watches must be settled within 15 days of issuance. If payment is not received within this period, a daily storage fee of $30 will be applied until the invoice is paid.

Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any watch boxes, pouches, or packaging sent to us. We recommend that you do not send any packing items you wish to have returned. ​​

Please be advised that if a dial relume is requested the dial will be marked (via etching) on the back of the dial that it has been relumed. No relume requests will be accepted without agreement to this practice.
