Terms of Service​
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any watch boxes, pouches, or packaging sent to us. We recommend that you do not send any packing items you wish to have returned, especially original boxes and paperwork associated with your watch
Payment Terms
All invoices for completed work must be paid in full within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date.
Storage Fees
If payment is not received within fifteen (15) days of invoice issuance, a storage and administrative fee of $30 per calendar day shall accrue beginning on day sixteen (16) and shall continue until all outstanding amounts are paid in full and the item is collected. Storage fees reflect secure storage, insurance exposure and administrative handling.
Abandonment of Property
Any item remaining unpaid and unclaimed for ninety (90) days following invoice issuance shall be deemed abandoned. Reasonable efforts to contact the customer may be made using the contact information provided; however, the customer bears sole responsibility for maintaining current contact details.
Upon abandonment, True Patina LLC may enforce its artisan’s lien in a commercially reasonable manner, including private or public sale, brokered sale, or disposition of parts, without further notice. Sale proceeds shall be applied to outstanding balances, accrued storage fees, and costs of enforcement. Any excess proceeds, if applicable, shall be handled in accordance with New Jersey unclaimed property law.
After abandonment, True Patina LLC assumes no obligation to maintain insurance coverage and shall not be liable for loss, damage, or diminution in value except as required by applicable law.
Customer Acknowledgment
By signing below, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms relating to payment, storage fees, abandonment, and lien enforcement.
