Payment and Storage
All invoices for completed watches must be settled within 30 days of issuance. If payment is not received within this period, a daily storage fee of $30 will be applied until the invoice is paid.

Watch Boxes, Pouches and Packaging
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any watch boxes, pouches, or packaging sent to us. We recommend that you do not send any items you wish to have returned. While we may make an effort to retain and return such items if requested, we are unable to guarantee their return due to limited storage capacity.

Dial reluming
Please be advised that if a dial relume is requested the dial will be marked (via etching) on the back of the dial that it has been relumed. No relume requests will be accepted without agreement to this practice.
